What is Natural Body Mobility?

The modern world has disconnected us from our natural environment and from the way we were meant to move. In today's world, we live in confined spaces and spend our time sitting in the office, at the wheel or in front of a screen, forgetting the fact that our bodies were created to move. Every day, our bodies subtly adapt to the chair, and we lose our natural mobility bit by bit which in turn makes us prone to back pain and injury. Human movement is meant to be hugely versatile, constantly changing and adapting, a challenge to both our minds and our bodies, but the constraints of our modern world have locked us in a space which is very far removed from our original natural environment. We have lost the connection with our own bodies and our intrinsic ability to move naturally. This crucial loss in turn leads oto a wealth of health problems, from back pain and knee pain to anxiety and depression. The mind and body are inseparable -  our body is much more than the sum of its physical attributes, it plays a major role in our emotions, our ability to learn and to connect with others and the world around us.

It will help you to restore the connection with your body, to regain your natural mobility patterns and to make lasting structural improvements.
